The CKTS Family Membership option is available for $25 per season. It is only for immediate family living in the same household. You should list on the form below every family member in the household that might play this season. Each player will get a CKTS
t-shirt upon playing in their first tournament.

If you are considering the TourPass membership option, it is only currently available for individuals. Each Family member would need to purchase a TourPass. More info.
