2009 Awards Banquet Info

DATE & TIME: Sunday November 1, 2009 1:30 PM EST/ 12:30 PM CST (Please note: This start time is 30 mins earlier than last year!)

LOCATION: Cranmer Dining & Conference Center - Lindsey Wilson College - Columbia, KY

EVENT MENU: Buffet - All you can eat/drink + dessert

COST: $8.99 +tax per person. All members, families, friends are welcome to dine with us. Everyone pays for their own buffet at the door.

RSVP: Please complete the RSVP form below by Wednesday October 28 so that we may have a head count of all those attending.

AWARDS INFO: The 1st and 2nd place individuals in each division of our year-end standings (highlighted names) will be presented with an award for their accomplishment. Also, Bob Love will present the top 5 girls and top 5 boys with an All-Stars Award from the USPTA Jr. Grand Prix. (see red names).

OTHER INFO: Event will last around 1.5 hours. The food line shuts down at 2 PM ET/ 1 PM CT. Dress is casual. Email Tim Perkins or Chris Godby with any questions.
